One Tree Hill s07e11 Trailer 1 - (OTH 7x11)

·         The sequence opens with three closes up shots of Clay getting ready into a suit, with non diegetic sound of minor music in the background, making the audience feel sad, so we know problems will be occurring with the characters.
·         We then get ‘What’s so good’ come across the screen which leaves an enigma, leaving the audience wanting more.
·         We get a close up of Clays facial expression looking upset continued to a long shot of Clay standing In front of a grave with the music in the background continued as well as Quinn saying ‘do you think Sarah would let you quit?’ leaving an enigma to who Sarah is. We then hear diegetic sound of Clay saying ‘Sarah’s dead’ with a close up of his face adding to the tension.  A close up of Quinn appears saying ‘So that it?’ and the shot changes to a car zooming away with Quinn continuing saying ‘Your just running away’ which makes us believe Clay will be leaving adding suspense.
·         The music continues and ‘About goodbyes’ appears on the screen which makes the audience know that more drama will be coming up.
·         We then continue to a different situation with Mouth [Millicent’s boyfriend] saying ‘You need real help!’ to Millicent as we see a close up of her face. He then continues to say ‘If you walk out that door, don’t bother coming back’ with a close up of his facial expression increasing the tension. The shot changes and zooms slowly into Millicent’s face as she is being faced with a dramatic decision and we leave on a cliff-hanger.
·         The situation is changed again to a close up of Brooke crying and then a close up of Victoria [Brookes mum] hugging her whilst Julian [Brookes boyfriend] says “I don’t care about having kids”.  The sound changes to Brooke speaking - ‘I don’t want to be the girl who keeps denying it from you’ – with a close up of her face then Julian’s face as he is faced with a decision leaving us again on another cliff-hanger, encouraging the audience to find out more by watching the show.
·         The music comes to an end and a picture of all cast is shown with the name of the show – One Tree Hill- and the time it will come on TV.
