· I chose comic strip from a selection of comic strips this because I felt as though it was the most dramatic and interesting.
· I cut up the comic strip, shot by shot, to make it easier to change the size of image, and so it was easier to film whilst pausing between each shot.
· I made some changes to the comic strip, adding more to the script and changes to some of the pictures to make it more interesting.
· I added more to the script so it would contain more soap conventions and tell the audience how to feel.
· When i began filming, I used a camera and tripod to get shots. I used a different ranges of shots, for example a close ups to show facial expressions so the audience know how they characters feel. I panned the first shot across the screen so it was easier to see the entire shot.
· I had to position the camera carefully for each shot, so the shot would be the main focus.
· I learnt to zoom slowly to make it more effective for the audience.
· Adobe Premiere Elements 8 combined all the shots together to make it a professional trailer. I uploaded the shots one after the other so i didn’t have to cut out any outtakes.
· To improve my trailer, i would make the shots more clear and use faster paced editing.
